Assembler/Production Color Ink Canton, GA 30115 Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. This position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work collaboratively within an assembly line setting. Responsibilities Assemble components and products using hand tools and power tools according to specifications. Operate machinery and equipment safely within the manufacturing facility. Fabricate parts as needed to meet production demands. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to ensure efficient workflow. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management and material handling as required. Skills Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Experience working in an assembly line or manufacturing facility is preferred. Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control. Strong communication skills to facilitate teamwork and collaboration.
