Position Summary:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, motivated individual to join our team as a Holster Assembler. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for assembling products using specialized tools and methods, ensuring each product meets our exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret work orders and product specifications Assemble holsters and accessories using hand tools, small machinery, and custom fixturing. Operate tools and equipment such as manual screwdrivers, battery power drill drivers, and customized heaters. Perform quality control inspections of completed work to ensure precise fit and finish Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a positive team environment
What We’re Looking For:
High attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work with your hands and stand for extended periods Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus (but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
