Position Overview:
The Assembly Technician plays a key role in the manufacturing process, assembling and testing various components and products. This position requires technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Working closely with the production team, the Assembly Technician ensures high-quality standards and timely completion of assembly tasks.
Key Responsibilities Component Assembly:
Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery as required. Interpret and follow assembly instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure accurate assembly.
Quality Control:
Inspect and verify the quality of assembled components and finished products. Report defects or non-conformities to supervisors for corrective action.
Testing and Troubleshooting:
Conduct functional tests on assembled products to ensure proper operation. Troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions, making necessary adjustments or repairs.
Inventory Management:
Maintain an organized inventory of components, parts, and tools. Monitor stock levels and notify the procurement team for replenishments.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when using tools, machinery, and handling materials. Follow all applicable regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Documentation and Reporting:
Record assembly activities, test results, and relevant data accurately. Update production records and generate reports as needed.
Continuous Improvement:

Equipment Maintenance:
