Summary:

Seeking an Assembly Technician I to perform assembly operations, inspect quality, and troubleshoot issues in a manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements:

HS diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training preferredPrevious experience in assembly or related manufacturing environmentProficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructionsStrong mechanical aptitude with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instrumentsBasic understanding of electrical and electronic components advantageousKnowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting

Preferred Skills:

Technical certification or vocational training in a relevant field

Job Responsibilities:

Perform assembly operations using hand tools, power tools, and machineryRead and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and diagramsInspect and verify the quality of assembled components and finished productsIdentify and report defects or non-conformities to the supervisorConduct functional tests on assembled products to verify proper operationTroubleshoot malfunctions and make necessary adjustments or repairsMaintain organized inventory of components, parts, and tools for assembly processMonitor stock levels and request replenishments as neededAdhere to safety protocols while working with machinery and potentially hazardous materialsPerform routine maintenance tasks on assembly equipment and tools

Pay Details:
