Core Responsibilities:
Assemble and disassemble motor gearboxes and related components Measure and verify tolerances using micrometers, calipers, depth gauges Interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and blueprints Inspect and test finished gearboxes for conformance Clean and prepare parts for assembly Use of power and hand tools (drills, taps, alignment tools) Adhere to 6S, safety procedures, and participate in workflow optimization
Skills & Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma or GED Extensive mechanical assembly experience (especially electromechanical systems) Extensive wiring experience Proficient in reading complex schematics and blueprints Experience with precision measuring tools (micrometer, caliper, etc.) Ability to lift 35 lbs regularly Strong communication in English (read/write/speak) Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment Ability to learn and apply information quickly Willingness to take and pass a technical skills test
Preferred Experience:
