Job Description:

• Assemble metal pipes and tubes using brazing techniques, working in either sub-assembly or assembly lines.
• Conduct 100% leak-free brazes with an aesthetically acceptable appearance, meeting quality standards.
• Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production tasks.
• Utilize basic hand tools and brazing torches.
• Ensure a clean and organized workspace following the 5S system.

Main Skills:

• Ability to read and follow SOPs
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for an 8-hour shift
• Have experience using standard equipment and basic hand tools
• Can work from written instructions and read prints
• Are detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
• And most important DEPENDABLE and pride in

PUNCTUALITY

Other Skills:

• Brazing (Copper-Copper, Copper-Silver, Copper-Brass), pref. but not required
• Familiarity with the 5S organizational system
• Previous assembly or production line experience
• Previous welding or soldering experience preferred.
