PCB Assembler Printed Circuits Corp Lilburn, GA 30047 Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience with various assembly techniques. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach our customers. As an Assembler, you will work with a variety of tools and technologies, contributing to the efficient production of high-quality components. Duties Assemble components and products according to specifications and schematics. Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete assembly tasks. Perform soldering tasks as required, ensuring adherence to IPC 610 standards. Interpret and work from technical drawings and schematics. Conduct quality checks on assembled products, using tools such as calipers to ensure precision. Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency. Troubleshoot issues related to assembly and suggest improvements. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols. Experience Proven experience in assembly or manufacturing environments is preferred. Familiarity with logic controllers and surface mount technology is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical documents. Experience using various hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively. Knowledge of IPC 610 standards related to soldering and assembly practices is advantageous.
