Job Overview:
In this role, you will assemble components into complex units using both manual tools and machines. Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow schematics and instructions are essential. This position plays a critical role in ensuring production goals and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and follow instructions, drawings, and schematics Gather and prepare all materials and tools needed Take accurate measurements and adjust components as needed Assemble parts with precision and verify proper alignment Inspect output for defects and ensure quality standards are met Maintain equipment and tools in proper condition Record production data and report any issues or malfunctions Keep work area organized using 5S principles Report any part or equipment irregularities Meet production goals and adhere to schedules Follow all safety, environmental, and company procedures
Technical & Safety Expectations:
