Production Line Associate (M-F) Job Description The Production Line Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the effective operation of the production line to meet production, budgetary, quality, safety, and waste goals. Under the general supervision of the Production Manager, you will need to remain fully attentive to your surroundings while working steadily on a continuously moving production line. You must be capable of multitasking, adapting to various work assignments, and maintaining a clean work area while adhering to all safety and Good Manufacturing guidelines. Responsibilities Set up the production line, manage product changeovers, and adjust package sizes. Operate processing, filling, and packaging production line equipment. Perform quality inspections on products and packaging, including visual checks of raw materials, consumption, caps, labels, date codes, weights, and seals. Monitor line team activities to ensure effective operation, meet production needs, uphold quality standards, and minimize downtime and waste. Complete inventory control transactions using SAP and accurately fill out necessary paperwork. Conduct allergen clean-up and daily housekeeping duties in the work area. Assist in training employees on equipment operation and company processes. Help and support team members, ensuring dependability and care in all tasks. Essential Skills Ability to read and write clearly and effectively. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Experience in industrial or production settings. Proficiency in machine operation and general labor tasks. Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and remain attentive to machinery. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in warehouse production, loading, and packing. Troubleshooting skills. Experience with SAP or similar inventory control systems. Why Work Here? The shifts are as follows:
1st shift from 6:30 am to 3 pm, 2nd shift from 2:30 pm to 11 pm, and 3rd shift from 10:30 pm to 7 am, each with breaks and lunch. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 – $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
