The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in wood fabrication, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is ready to contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Fabricate custom millwork and cabinetry based on technical drawings Operate woodworking tools and equipment safely and accurately Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in millwork or cabinetry fabrication Strong knowledge of woodworking tools and joinery techniques Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
