Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities To perform this position successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to listen and communicate effectively with co-workers and customers/clients in an effort to respond to common inquiries or complaints. Ability to work in a team environment and maintain an acceptable attendance record. Ability to distinguish color. Physical Demands/Requirements Stand 100% of the time while performing the duties of this job. Reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear. Use repetitive motions. Lift, carry, and pour five-gallon buckets of material on a daily basis. Push/pull racks of materials throughout the finishing room. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, the ability to focus and see color. Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent Two to five years of related job experience.
