What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) As an Entry-Level Machine Builder, you’ll be an integral part of our client’s production team, learning the ropes and contributing to the assembly and fabrication of complex machinery for a specific project. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills within a defined timeframe.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Assembly:
Building machines by precisely fitting and assembling mechanical components according to specifications, blueprints, and detailed work instructions.
Fabrication:
Creating or modifying parts using various hand and power tools, including cutting, drilling, and potentially learning basic welding techniques. Learning to proficiently use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, tape measures). Supporting senior machine builders in the installation, testing, and troubleshooting of assembled equipment. Performing basic quality checks on assembled parts to ensure they meet high standards. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering strictly to all safety protocols and company policies. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and engaging in valuable training programs. #TLRRG #INDT
