Job Summary:

Responsible for assembling parts into finished products or components by following blueprints, work instructions, and safety standards. Uses hand and power tools to ensure precision and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble product components according to specifications and production guidelines Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and accurately Inspect completed assemblies, report defects, and complete documentation Notify supervisors of equipment issues or product discrepancies Maintain clean, organized work area by following 6S procedures Assist with tracking inventory and material usage Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Perform more advanced assembly tasks as needed Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills Knowledge of fasteners, torque tools, and precision assembly Aerospace experience and close-tolerance work preferred Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management Basic computer skills and clear communication abilities

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

Manufacturing floor with exposure to noise, dust, fluids, and moving equipment May require travel between local facilities Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs for extended periods

Full-time Pay:

$20.00 – $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
