These are temp to hire roles with a growing manufacturing company.

Starting Rate:

$16.50-$18.50/Hr (depending on shift and department)

Schedule:

2nd & 3rd shifts available

Assembler/Operator Job Duties:

Set up and operate various types of belt draw towers; simultaneously operates multiple draw towers. Performs visual and mechanical inspections to ensure that the product being produced conforms to process specifications Utilize machinery such as grinders, lathes, polishing machines, or other surface finishing equipment. Prepare the machines by loading and securing the workpieces (such as metal, wood, or other materials) onto the machines. Performs routine machine/equipment maintenance and inspection. Maintains housekeeping practices per departmental 5S program. Accurately enters Database/SAP transactions in the computer. Maintains daily records, including labor sheets and routers

Assembler/Operator Qualifications:

Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and results oriented. Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
