AM Pay Rate:

$23.00/hr Role Overview BEPC is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Assembler to join our client’s production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, repairing, and testing high-quality medical devices, including pacemakers and implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs). This is a hands-on position ideal for detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and under close supervision. You’ll be key to ensuring products meet strict quality and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Assemble and inspect medical device components with precision and attention to detail. Perform tests and minor repairs following standard procedures and safety protocols. Maintain accurate records for traceability and quality assurance. Participate in team-based quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding processes and issues. Adhere strictly to all cleanroom and gowning standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in a cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environment is a plus. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures. Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts. Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to handle small components. Must meet all physical, gowning, and cleanliness requirements as outlined by the client.
