Position Summary Ø Under general supervision dismantle, adjust, rework, repair and perform packaging of equipment according to assembly drawings, schematics and procedures with the general understanding of compliance requirements. Responsible for maintaining quality & safety standards and Operational excellence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below-mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs. Ø Organize and verify packaging components. Perform instrument packaging in a safe & timely fashion per procedures or technical documents. Ø Complete and maintain quality and packaging documentation as required Ø Comply with, participate in, and maintain 6S events and follow ups Ø Maintain and/or participate in daily management boards (if applicable) Ø Assists with/completes inventory transactions Ø Initiates proper disposition of defective parts using NCE process Ø Accountable for inventory accuracy Ø Accountable for daily completion of NCE process Ø Able to work in a team environment Ø Perform equipment maintenance as required Ø Understand and comply with all work safety rules and regulations Ø Participate in cross-training to meet schedule needs Ø Work on special projects as requested Ø Ability to work overtime to meet production schedule as needed Qualifications Education Ø High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Experience Ø At least 1+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience Skills Ø Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) knowledge a plus Ø Basic Knowledge of ORACLE and AGILE application preferred Ø Basic knowledge of hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, torque tools, crimpers, soldering, multi-meter and oscilloscope Ø Ability to read and follow assembly drawings, procedures, and schematics Ø Ability to follow Hologic written procedures to maintain GMP compliance and

ISO 13485

certification. Ø Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
