Position Summary:

Under general supervision, the Packaging Assembler I is responsible for dismantling, adjusting, reworking, repairing, and packaging equipment according to assembly drawings, schematics, and procedures. The role supports inventory, logistics, and production teams by preparing and organizing parts and materials and maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform packaging and unpackaging of components and instruments. Deliver, kit, pick, and ship parts. Organize and verify packaging components. Complete packaging and quality documentation. Participate in 6S events and maintain workplace cleanliness. Maintain and use daily management boards (if applicable). Conduct inventory transactions accurately. Disposition defective parts using NCE (Non-Conforming Event) process. Maintain inventory accuracy and complete daily NCE processing. Participate in cross-training and special projects. Support equipment maintenance as needed. Follow safety rules, GMP, and

ISO 13485

compliance. Work overtime as needed to meet production schedules.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

At least 1+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience

Skills:

Basic Microsoft Outlook skills; Excel preferred Familiarity with Oracle or MRP/ERP systems preferred Knowledge of hand tools (screwdrivers, torque tools, soldering equipment, multimeter, etc.) Understanding of schematics, drawings, and assembly procedures Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication ESD knowledge is a plus Ability to work in a team and in multiple departments/functions

Physical Demands:

Sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Handle tools or objects with hands/fingers Lift/push/pull up to 45 lbs Potential exposure to mechanical parts, vibration, moderate noise, and hazardous chemicals Safety shoes required per site policy
