Assembler 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars Franklin, MA 02038 630AM-3PM Monday-Friday This position is responsible for the mechanical assembly of large units / products, as well as disassembly, cleaning and evaluation of returned products (Diesel powered air filtration equipment ) (Automotive or industrial equipment repair person would be great) Looking for a higher level production assembler for the larger unit line. This line involves more electro-mechanical skills, lifting more often 10-15 lbs, future chain hoist operations, electrical wiring, etc. The rate for personnel on this line would be higher, 20-25$ range for capable experienced individuals. Responsibilities:

Utilizes basic hand tools to produce sub-assemblies and final assemblies consisting of fabricated sheet metal, machined components, electrical and electronic components, as well as other materials 2. Works from visual aids, manufacturing orders, assembly instructions, and verbal instructions 3. Perform inspection and test of in-process and incoming materials as assigned 4. Maintain manufacturing documentation 5. Dis-assemble, evaluate, and clean returned filters in preparation for rebuilding 6. Transport materials using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks and carts

Requirements and Qualifications:

One year of mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without apparatus, heavier items with lifting equipment High school diploma or equivalent Experience with Lean Manufacturing a plus #

8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
