Spherion of Massachusetts is currently seeking a meticulous Assembly Technician for an opportunity with a respected manufacturing company. This role requires full-time availability and the ability to work with extremely small components using a microscope. You’ll sit for most of your shift performing repetitive, high-precision work in a cleanroom setting. Responsibilities:

Perform detailed assembly using small parts and adhesives
Work all day under a microscope with steady hands and focus
Inspect assembled components under a microscope for quality
Sit throughout the day while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Follow cleanroom procedures and safety protocols
Work Monday???Friday, with additional Saturday overtime as needed Working hours: 6:30 AM

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years
