We’re seeking a meticulous Assembly Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a respected manufacturing company. This role requires full-time availability and the ability to work with extremely small components using a microscope. You’ll sit for most of your shift performing repetitive, high-precision work in a cleanroom setting. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform detailed assembly using small parts and adhesives Work all day under a microscope with steady hands and focus Inspect assembled components under a microscope for quality Sit throughout the day while maintaining a high level of accuracy Follow cleanroom procedures and safety protocols Work Monday-Friday, with additional Saturday overtime as needed

Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
