Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform precise assembly of small components using a microscope Use tweezers, micro-tools, adhesives, and fixtures to assemble parts Inspect components and finished parts for defects or inconsistencies Follow detailed work instructions and visual diagrams Maintain a clean, organized, and static-safe work area Document work completed and maintain accurate production records Adhere to safety and quality control procedures at all times Communicate with team members and supervisors to report issues or improvements

Compensation:

Pay will be offered based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience working under a microscope required Experience with small part assembly, inspection, or electronics is preferred Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Strong attention to detail and ability to focus for extended periods Ability to read and follow detailed written and visual instructions Team player with good communication skills Willingness to work in a quiet, cleanroom-like environment High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required to secure your spot on a highly skilled, close-knit team!
