• position for ourclient, a leading manufacturer specializing in signage and plastic-basedproduct solutions, located in
• Brunswick, Maine
• . The
• GeneralLaborer
• will support various stages of the production process includingmaterial preparation, assembly, packaging, and quality control.

The

• General Laborer will
• ensurethat all products meet high-qualitystandards and are assembled and packed efficiently and safely. This is ahands-on, detail-oriented position in a dynamic and supportive teamenvironment.
• As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for:
• Completing assigned work consistent with the daily and weekly production schedule
• Performing all tasks while following safety guidelines and company policies
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Assembling products such as signage, acrylic, vinyl, and other materials to company standards
• Following packaging instructions to ensure product safety during transit
• Operating various hand tools and assembly equipment
• Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet production goals
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintaining confidentiality of company and employee information
• Performing other duties as assigned by a manager or supervisor
• The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• A high school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools
• The ability to read and understand process instructions and work orders
• Willingness to be cross-trained and work in multiple areas
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and safely lift up to 50 lbs
• The ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods
• The ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and use fingers for fine motor tasks
