Job Description
Powder Coater / Assembler Job Description We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team , powder coating experience required. The role is majority assembling, but will need to be comfortable utilizing powder coating techniques to ensure high-quality finishes. Responsibilities Mechanically assembling smaller parts, following blueprints, use hand tools Perform powder coating tasks using spray guns and paint booths. Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding and cleaning. Collaborate with team members in a clean and organized warehouse environment. Adhere to timekeeping protocols with client timecards. Work Environment The facility is non-climate controlled, and the role involves working within a team of four members. Shifts are from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, with optional hours on Friday from 6:00 AM to either 11:00 AM or 2:30 PM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, Missouri. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
