As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled Assembly Technician to join our dedicated team and contribute to the production of cutting-edge firearm accessories.

Position Overview:

As an Assembly Technician at Badger Ordnance, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, packaging, and maintaining quality control of a variety of mechanical components used in the production of firearms and related accessories. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure all products meet our rigorous quality standards and are built to perform reliably in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembly:

Perform detailed and precise assembly of firearm components and accessories, ensuring accuracy and functionality.

Quality Control:

Inspect parts and final products for quality and adherence to specifications, ensuring they meet industry standards.

Testing:

Conduct functional testing of assembled components and systems to verify performance and durability.

Maintenance:

Assist with maintaining tools, machines, and equipment used in the assembly process.

Collaboration:

Work closely with engineers and other technicians to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and improve assembly processes.

Documentation:

Accurately record assembly procedures, materials used, and any issues encountered during the process.

Eligibility for employment at

Badger Ordnance:

• Must be a US Citizen or Legal to work in the United States.
• Must Pass a Criminal Background Check per the Department of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms regulations.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

Preferred 1-2 years of experience in mechanical assembly, specifically in the firearms or manufacturing industry.

Skills:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, and specialized equipment.
• Familiarity with blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of firearms, firearm accessories, or similar mechanical systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
