2nd shift is 2:30PM-11:00PM for the entire site. DESCRIPTIONProduce high quality products and services for our customers. Youwill monitor production output and ensure that products meetcustomer specifications and quality expectations. You will beresponsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficientoperation of the area. Responsibilities will include, but are notlimited to, setting up and monitoring assembly, continuous processimprovement, and adherence to safety, production and qualityexpectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrated ability to followdirection, read blueprints and schematics. Set up and change overequipment to operate various assemblies or features. Identify andutilize appropriate materials, plumb or pipe pneumatics andhydraulic lines. Affix specified motors and gear boxes to drivecomponents. Test each assembly to ensure proper fit and function.
Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools. Accurately trackand log assembly time sheets for each build. Properly identify anddocument QMS and department procedure. Maintain work area forcleanliness. Adherence to all safety standards and plant rules.
Transfer assembly to appropriate department for next step inproduction. Utilize tape measures, calipers, squares, micrometers,and protractors. General maintenance of tools and equipment. Safeoperation of the forklift, scissor lift and all other lift assistand tools. Perform other duties as assigned.
YOU MUST
HAVETechnical education is a plus. Computer literacy. Ability to meetthe physical demands of the job, including standing, bending,pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 40 pounds.

years of experience in industrial assembly. (Class 1) 1year experience in industrial assembly. (Class 2) Mechanicalaptitude, mathematical and problem-solving ability Ability to readmetric and standard tape measure An ability to troubleshoot andmulti-task on projects. Working knowledge and experience using handtools. Strong work ethic, analytical skills, and a keen attentionto detail. An Ability to collaborate with others and workindependently. An ability to communicate information clearly andaccurately report on assignments. High School Diploma or GEDequivalent.
