Role Overview We’re seeking a meticulous and skilled Assembly Operator to bring their talents to our windshield washer pump production line. You’ll be assembling pump components with a focus on quality and efficiency, ensuring smooth operational flows. Key Responsibilities Engage in spot welding, riveting, and fastening to put together pump components. Delicately assemble small parts like O-rings and gaskets by hand. Apply lubricants to designated areas as necessary. Test assembled products using mechanical testers to verify quality and functionality. Operate high-precision equipment like spot welders, riveters, and pneumatic presses. Manage minor fluid spills adeptly and safely. Keep your work area impeccably clean and orderly. Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and standard procedures.

Skills and Experience:

Proficient in manual assembly and power tool operation. Experience with production machinery such as welders, riveters, and presses. Keen eye for detail and experience with delicate components. Familiar with basic mechanical testing procedures. Capable of independent work and effective team collaboration. Excellent manual skills and coordination. High school diploma, technical coursework valued. Previous assembly experience preferred. Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing safety practices. Strong analytical abilities for solving and troubleshooting assembly problems.
