We’re hiring an Assembler-Hawkeye 2nd for our company’s manufacturing plant in Raymond, Mississippi.
If you possess:
The ability to assemble products by fastening parts together using bolts, screws, rivets, or other fasteners. The ability to operate hand tools or portable power tools to assist in the assembly operation. High school diploma or equivalent. Hunter is hiring for the 2nd shift (3:30 PM—12:00 AM). The shift premium is $0.50 per hour. The hourly rate is $23.50 plus shift differential = $24.00 hourly rate. This role does have mandatory scheduled overtime. Hunter could be a great fit for you! What you will do:
Assemble products by fastening parts together using bolts, screws, rivets, or other fasteners. Operate hand tools or portable power tools to assist in the assembly operation. Position parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled and/or following blueprints. Remove small quantities of metal with hand files and scrapers to produce close fit between parts. Frequent standing, lifting, and moving materials up to 50 lbs. Observes and follows all safety rules. Additional duties as assigned.
Additional Qualifications Include:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment. Must be willing and able to work overtime as an extension to a normal workday or on weekends, as scheduled.
