Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in various fabrication processes. The Fabricator at RFK Racing would be responsible for performing various functions in ensuring that RFK products along with outside sourced products meet required standards. Duties Ability to prepare and install body panels to exact measurements Ability to read 3D imaging Ensure all work is within NASCAR rules and RFK tolerances Job Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferably supplemented with technical training. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with various inspection techniques and be able to act as an auditor for all of our internal systems identifying issues and recommending solutions. Basic computer skills (Parts and service record database entry). Must be able to organize, manage and prioritize multiple task and deadlines. Able to communicate successfully at many levels within the organization. Self-motivated with a high initiative, inner drive and attention to detail that is adept at working both independently and as part of a team. Accountability for assigned responsibilities and actions. Work must be performed at a high level of accuracy. Critical thinking and reasoning skills to solve a problem.
