6:00AM-4:00PM $16.00/hr

Sun-Fri:

9:00PM-7:00AM $17.00/hr

Overtime:

Mandatory when required Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling metal parts, operating a rivet machine, and working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble metal components with precision and accuracy Operate a rivet machine safely and efficiently Cross-train in multiple workstations to support production needs Maintain a steady workflow and meet daily production targets Adapt to a high-speed manufacturing environment Follow all safety and quality guidelines

Requirements:

Must be able to work at a fast pace and meet production goals Reliable attendance is critical – no scheduled days off within the first two weeks Ability to work overtime as needed
