$14 We are looking for dependable Assemblers to join our fast-paced production line, building slide-in range units. This is a hands-on role where you will install multiple lightweight components at an assigned station using power tools. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well with their hands, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble parts on slide-in ranges at a designated station Use a power drill continuously throughout the shift Ensure all parts are correctly installed and meet quality standards Conduct visual inspections for fit, finish, and cosmetic defects Follow safety procedures when using mechanical lifts for heavier parts (e.g., warming drawers, main tops, cavities) Maintain a steady work pace to meet production targets (1 unit approx. every 5 minutes) Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred, but not required Ability to stand, bend, and use hands for extended periods Comfortable using power tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently; use of lifts for heavier parts Reliable attendance and punctuality
