Job Description
Express is looking for 1st and 2nd Shift Assemblers for a production facility in New Bern, NC.
Work Schedule:
Full time, Monday-Saturday •may run shifts up to 12 hours• 1st shift 5:00 AM-6:00 AM to 4:30 PM 2nd Shift 4:00 PM-2:30
AM Responsibilities:
Align and assemble pieces for wire baskets for appliances in a very fast-paced, repetitive production environment. Collect all material and equipment needed to meet daily production needs. Ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. Maintain all equipment in good condition. Report on any production issues or defective parts.
Requirements:
Must be able to comprehend and follow safety instructions and be able to take directions from a supervisor. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and perform physically repetitive movements in a fast-paced environment. Must meet background check requirements-no violent felonies or misdemeanors in the last 7 years. Must be able to pass drug screening requirements.
