Summary As an Assembler at Express Employment Professionals, a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our assembly team as an Assembler. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and packaging products while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembly Tasks:

Assemble moderately complex units requiring adjusting, fitting, and aligning to ordinary tolerances.

Facebook Material Handling:

Pull materials for assembly and organize storage areas effectively.

Quality Assurance:

Follow established work instructions, quality standards, and safety protocols to ensure product quality.

Packaging and Labeling:

Package and label products accurately, performing computer transactions as necessary.

Equipment Operation:

Load and unload ovens and paint lines safely.

Inventory Management:

Participate in physical inventories and maintain accurate records; replenish parts bins regularly.

Process Improvement:

Contribute to process improvement events as directed by management.

Work Area Maintenance:

Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in assembly or manufacturing roles preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus. Experience operating forklifts is beneficial but not required. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control during the assembly process. Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
