Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in various fabrication processes. This role involves working with power tools and machinery to create high-quality components and products. The Fabricator will play a crucial role in ensuring that all materials are handled efficiently and that finished products meet our rigorous quality standards. Duties Operate power tools and machinery to fabricate components according to specifications. Assemble parts and materials into finished products, ensuring accuracy and quality. Perform machining tasks as needed, including cutting, shaping, and finishing materials. Handle materials safely and efficiently, maintaining an organized workspace. Utilize forklift equipment for the movement of heavy materials within the warehouse. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies. Skills Proficiency in using power tools and machinery for fabrication tasks. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Experience in assembling various components and understanding of fabrication processes. Familiarity with materials handling techniques, including safe lifting practices. Forklift operation experience is preferred but not mandatory. Background in carpentry or millwork is a plus, enhancing versatility in fabrication tasks.
