• Assemble wood, fiber, and other sub-components into order-specific products.
• Perform repairs on materials and conduct quality control checks.
• Use power tools such as drills, sanders, and digital saws.
• Operate CNC machines, sprayers, and additional assembly equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and assembly diagrams.
• Clean and maintain gluing, spraying, and assembly equipment.
• Pull materials needed for assembly and assist in various departments.
• Package finished goods and prepare items for shipment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move products.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and follow all safety protocols.

Required Qualifications:

• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is required .
• Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude with troubleshooting capabilities.
• Proficient with power tools, including drills, saws, and sprayers.
• Experience with carpentry, woodworking, or furniture assembly.
• Familiarity with CNCs and digital saws.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions accurately.
• Strong understanding of shop safety protocols.
• Reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented.
• Creative, team-oriented, and able to work cost-effectively.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational training in manufacturing, carpentry, or electronics is a plus.
• Prior hands-on assembly experience required.

Pay:

• $17.00
• $24.

00 per hour (Based on experience and assembly skill level)

• Friday
• Multiple shifts available with overtime potential
