Description:
is responsible for assembling components of security doors, turnstiles, and entrance systems according to blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards. This role involves using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment to ensure proper fit, function, and finish of each product. Assemble mechanical and electrical components following technical drawings and instructions. Ensure correct installation of motors, wiring, panels, and frames. Operate hand tools, torque wrenches, drills, and other equipment safely and effectively. Inspect parts and finished products for defects or discrepancies. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues and improve processes. Follow safety protocols and keep work area clean and organized. Assist in testing completed units for functionality and safety. Previous experience in manufacturing or mechanical assembly preferred. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical manuals. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Ability to stand, lift, and work with hands for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic computer skills are a plus.
Work Environment:
Industrial manufacturing setting. Use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required. Noise levels can be moderate to high at times.
