• . In this hands-on role, you’ll help bring cutting-edge aircraft components to life, working directly on the structures and systems that power the aviation industry. Your craftsmanship and commitment to quality will ensure every part meets rigorous standards of performance and safety.
• What You’ll Be Doing
• + Read and interpret
• blueprints, work orders, and specifications
• + Assemble and install aircraft components and subassemblies to
• quality standards
• + Operate manual and automated tools for drilling, sealing, inserting fasteners, painting, varnishing, and countersinking + Perform
• functional checks
• , pickup work, rework, and change incorporations + Use
• precision measuring tools
• to verify dimensions and quality + Move parts, tools, and assemblies within the shop using appropriate equipment + Document discrepancies and initiate corrective actions + Participate in
• inspection and cross-training
• to become SIA qualified + Support and mentor other technicians to drive continuous workflow + Perform basic equipment maintenance and total preventative maintenance duties
• What We’re Looking For
