As an Assembly Technician, you’ll work directly with blueprints, parts, and cutting-edge tools to bring aerospace components to life. • What You’ll Be Doing
• + Interpret and work from blueprints, work orders, and engineering specifications to assemble and install aircraft components + Perform manual and automated assembly tasks including portable machining operations + Conduct functional tests, inspect components, and rework or repair as necessary + Use precision measuring instruments to ensure part and assembly quality + Report and help resolve production errors or material/tooling issues + Perform minor machine maintenance and support basic Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) tasks + Move parts and assemblies throughout the production area using assigned shop equipment + Assist with training, coaching, and cross-functional support to maintain workflow + Document discrepancies per specifications and support inspection procedures + Cross-train in inspection and become SIA qualified •What You’ll Need to Succeed•

Required Qualifications:

• Preferred Qualifications:

• + Previous aerospace, manufacturing, or assembly experience + Comfort using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) + Familiarity with automated assembly equipment or machining processes
