Key Responsibilities:

Ability to assemble components using various hand and power toolsaccording to specifications. Perform a variety of functions following prescribed procedures inproduct assembly and testing. Assemble components as required on time and according to qualityspecifications. Ability to identify improvement areas and effectively communicateways to implement change. Maintain the cleanliness of workstation and assist with entiredepartment housekeeping. High personal standards with regards to productivity, quality, andsafety. Willingness to learn multiple stations within the department. Operates the equipment in a safe manner and reports hazardsassociated with the equipment to the supervisor. Assist other individuals in area when needed. Overtime and weekend hours may be assigned.

Job Requirements Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED.

Experience Requirements:

Solid mechanical background required. Prior experience in either brazing, wiring, or electrical run-standoperation required. Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuringinstruments. One-year experience in heavy manufacturing assembly. Good communication skills relative to supervisor and other relateddepartments. Ability to operate various shop tools including power and manuallyoperated wrenches.
