DESCRIPTION

Summary Trident Wash Systems provides industry-leading equipment, installation, service, and supplies for the car wash sector. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team at our new facility in Pineville, NC. This position involves assembling, testing, and ensuring the quality of car wash equipment, contributing directly to the delivery of high-performance systems to our customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assemble mechanical and electrical components for car wash systems according to specifications and drawings. Test assembled equipment to ensure proper operation and adherence to quality standards. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues during assembly and testing processes. Maintain an organized and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve assembly issues and implement improvements. Document assembly processes and test results accurately. Assist with shipping preparation and final inspection of equipment. Perform routine maintenance and calibration of tools and equipment. Support other production-related tasks and projects as assigned. Other duties assigned by your supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics. Familiarity with hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel). Self-motivated and results-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends as required. Reliable and punctual, with a proactive and positive attitude. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Typical hours of work are from 8-5 Monday – Friday, but overtime, weekends, and evenings may be required at times. Must be able to maintain a flexible full-time schedule including working some evenings and weekends as needed to meet production demands.
