Job Description

Job Title:

Lead Assembler/Cleanroom Technician Job Description We manufacture non-invasive catheters and implants for aortic, structural heart, neurovascular, cardiovascular, peripheral vascular, orthopedics, gastroenterology, and urology applications. Responsibilities Manage, supervise, and train the cleanroom assembler team. Produce small assembled parts according to product specifications. Perform manufacturing processes including drilling, cutting, measuring, mounting, and assembling. Keep track of materials, tools, and procedures during device manufacturing. Work with a variety of assembly equipment and hand tools such as tweezers, razor blades, scalpels, wire cutters, clippers, needle nose pliers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and ring lights. Utilize assembly equipment including lab oven, glue dispenser, trimming lathe, and computer-operated saw. Essential Skills Experience in assembly, cleanroom procedures, and medical device assembly. Proficiency in using microscopes and hand tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Strong hand dexterity and supervisory skills.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $27.00/hr.
