Role:
Seating Technician As a Seating Technician , you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering life-changing mobility equipment. You’ll support our Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs) and ensure each customer’s equipment meets their unique clinical and functional needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference while growing your career in the rapidly evolving field of rehabilitation technology and medical equipment services . Key Responsibilities Assist ATPs with equipment setups, fittings, and adjustments. Assemble and deliver durable medical equipment (DME) , including complex rehab seating systems. Ensure each delivery meets clinical goals and functional outcomes. Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on mobility devices. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace and delivery vehicle. Uphold customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely service. Ensure compliance with safety standards and accurate documentation. Attend training and stay up-to-date with CRT industry best practices.
What You’ll Bring Required:
High School diploma or GED or a minimum of one year of related mechanical or electrical experience required. 1+ year of experience in a mechanical, electrical, or technical role (or relevant hands-on field). Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
Preferred:
Associate degree in a technical or healthcare-related field. Familiarity with wheelchairs, scooters, or mobility equipment . Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
