Candidate for this position will be a technically minded person, that can visualize and conceptualize ideas presented by engineers to real product. Candidate should possess following traits; attention to detail, problem-solving skills, individually and predominately team minded. Candidate will be responsible for conversing directly with TEAM LEADER and other team members in regards to manufacturability of product and being assigned daily tasks. Candidate will perform duties based on production schedule, primarily by assembly of textiles to one another, folding, trimming, cutting, riveting, taping, laminating, thermal welding, assembling small fasteners to assembly. Candidate will utilize various substrates to assemble parts i.e., Nomex, neoprene, supported vinyl, PET, polyurethane coated textiles, Kevlar, aluminum, stainless steel, or others substrates as necessary to comply with engineering design/customers request.

- Read and comprehend 2D assembly and part drawings, work order, utilize appropriate materials to fulfill work orders based on drawings, BOM, and inventory locations“`{=html}“
- Execute necessary steps per work order, and as directed per

to sew/assemble parts per work order
- Read/Verify/execute steps per work order and BOM, i.e., laminate, fold, trim, read, write, sand, glue, measure, thermal weld with hot plate machine, lift, stoop, stand, squat, see closeup, work with hands, washing metal/composite substrates with dish detergent/hot water, denatured alcohol
- Read/Verify/execute steps per work order and BOM, i.e., laminate, fold, trim, read, write, sand, glue, measure, thermal weld with hot plate machine, lift, stoop, stand, squat, see closeup, work with hands, washing metal/composite substrates with dish detergent/hot water, denatured alcohol
- Verify geometry utilizing scale, tape measure, templates“`{=html}“
- Verify product is free from defects, troubleshooting, and report accordingly by root cause“`{=html}“
- Communicate clearly, written and orally, to ensure product is manufactured per set forth requirements“`{=html}“
- Communicate with Leader when raw materials do not comply with quality requirements, help troubleshoot and repair when necessary
- Use hand tools, such as scissors, razor blade, craft knife, hex key allen wrenches, screw and nut drivers, pliers, rolls of double-sided tape, soldering iron, punch, hammer, pneumatic rivet gun, pneumatic staple gun, pneumatic crimper, orbital sander, grommet tool, paint brush, syringe
