At CN-Seamless, we design and build precision-engineered portable CNC machines for customers across various industries. Operating out of a compact but efficient warehouse environment, we take pride in assembling each unit in-house with a focus on quality, detail, and reliability.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling intricate mechanical and electronic components used in our CNC systems. This position involves working with small to medium-sized parts, using manual tools, handling potting materials for electronics, and learning basic soldering techniques. You will follow detailed assembly instructions and, once trained, work independently to complete assigned builds. In addition to assembly tasks, you’ll also assist in testing new versions of our machine software and cutting parameters to support product development and quality assurance (training provided). This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with technology and takes pride in building and validating high-performance tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical components using screws, hand tools, and power tools Mix and pour epoxy for potting electronic assemblies Solder wiring and electronic connectors (training provided) Follow detailed work instructions and checklists with high accuracy Perform functional tests on machines, including running software updates and basic cutting tests (training provided) Provide feedback on test results and assist in troubleshooting Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform basic quality checks to ensure completed units meet specifications Work independently after training, managing time and tasks effectively

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical components Willingness to learn new skills, including soldering, potting, and machine testing Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures precisely Interest in working with CNC equipment and software Comfortable working independently in a small team environment High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or prior assembly experience a plus

Full-time Pay:

$23.00 – $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
