Job Description

Tech II – Container Assembly and Repair 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Raleigh, NC 27617 JOB SUMMARY Responsible for assembly of new generation containers and repairing of multi-generational containers on company branded containers as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform assembly-type functions using hand and/or power tools (without supervision) Ensure Quality Standards are met Move materials using hand cart and or pallet jack Basic computer skills Pressure washing Shop clean up Able to complete forklift training and safely operate a forklift Perform all welding tasks with a variety of equipment Weld plastic (roofs/panels) Perform all cutting operations utilizing all standard shop equipment Fabricate from a drawing and/or verbal instructions with limited supervision Safely rig materials for lifting Adhere to all safety policies and perform all tasks in a safe manner including adherence to OSHA regulations May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience Requirements High School diploma or equivalent 3-5 years’ experience in construction, building trades or assembly Ability to read and understand English is required for OSHA safety regulations Possess a current valid driver’s license with clean driving record Possess math skills sufficient to perform required duties; ability to apply these skills to units of American weight measurement, volume and distance Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
