Job Description

Cable Wire Harness Assembler Ardent Staffing Solutions Hudson, NH 03051 We are seeking several Cable Wire Harness Assemblers for our client in Hudson, NH Great Temp to perm opportunity with growing company Monday – Friday, 1st shift, 7-3:30 $22-24/hr The Cable Wire Harness Assembler is responsible for assembling and fabricating various types of cable and wire harnesses used in electrical and electronic equipment. The assembler follows detailed instructions, diagrams, and specifications to create high-quality products, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine wire lengths, connection points, and required assembly methods. Measure, cut, strip, and crimp wires to the specified lengths and dimensions. Assemble and route wires into the correct harness configuration. Terminate cables using connectors, terminals, and other hardware components. Perform visual inspections to ensure quality and compliance with specifications. Test assembled products to ensure functionality and identify any defects or issues. Accurately complete all required documentation, including production logs, inspection reports, and test results. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in cable or wire harness assembly Basic understanding of electrical principles and wiring techniques.

Skills and Competencies:

Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Good hand-eye coordination and eyesight. !! #IND2
