We are currently hiring for Assemblers for a local manufacturing company based out of Exeter, NH! 1st shift opportunities, with a pay rate of $21 an hour!

Job Summary:

Seeking dedicated Assemblers – Responsible for assembling components in a manufacturing environment.

Duties:

Observe company policies at all times. Inspect parts for damage before starting assembly. Inspect parts for damage after finishing assembly. Know how to read drawing and understand SOP’s. Utilize power and hand tools such as pneumatic crimpers and cutters, winders, marking machine and test equipment. Mix and use different epoxy and glues. Move material around using carts and non-powered hand trucks. Each person is responsible for their own work quality, using visual inspection, check sheets, calibrated equipment, test benches and process specifications to assure it meets the internal and external customer requirements and expectations. Record and maintain quality data as specified. Understand basic math, fractions and convert from metric to standard. Instruct inexperienced personnel to perform details of the job as directed Notify designated personnel of any irregularities in materials, process, equipment or environmental or safety infractions. Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of assigned area(s) and always observe company policies. Perform each phase of the operation in compliance with all company, state, and/or federal safety and environmental regulations as directed by management.

Requirements:
