Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-3:30 PM, Friday 6:00 AM-2:30

PM Optional Overtime :

Fridays and Saturdays, as needed

What You’ll Do:

Stitching (Sewing Operators) Operate industrial single and double needle machines Sew components for protective gear Perform quality inspections and support your team by learning multiple operations Use measurements and follow production specs Machine Operator Roles (Snapping, Seam Seal, Trim, Cutting, Automated Stitching) Operate production machinery following Standard Operating Procedures Cut materials using advanced equipment Inspect product quality and ensure consistency Use measuring tools and work with precision

What We’re Looking For:

A great attitude and willingness to learn Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods (depending on role) Comfortable using a ruler and reading basic measurements Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills Previous manufacturing, sewing, or machine operation experience is a plus – but not required! Pay Details:
