Job Description:

• This position is for an Assembler in the TIP (N) TELL Department.

It requires working as part of a team and having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product. Assemblers must be able to perform all tasks in the assembly process including being able to rotate through all stations rather than being assigned to a specific task on a permanent basis. This position must be filled with a hard-working, detail oriented individual with competent fine-motor skills.

Competencies/Qualifications:

• Must have competent fine-motor skills
• Must pay attention to detail and quality
• Must be able to understand directions and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to sit for up to three (3) hours at a time

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to assemble DROP (N) TELL and TIP (N) TELL effectively with small piece components.
• Perform quality checks all Tip (N) Tell parts
• On Drop (N) Tell check wire for smooth operation
• Assemble boxes and count pieces for each box of finished
• Rotate through all of the stations in the assembly process
• Can operate and maintain the hot stamp printers, semi-automatic clear assembly machine, and the manual clear assembly machine.
• Perform other tasks as assigned
