We are willing to train the right person for the position. No Orthotics experience is required. Must possess proficient communication skills and exceptional hand skills. 20-30 hours a week.

Requirements:

Acquire and maintain skills in the fabrication of orthotics. Work with raw materials in the fabrication process Fabricate orthotic devices following written work orders Effectively manage time to meet delivery deadlines Miscellaneous warehouse/general cleaning duties Heavy lifting of plaster casts and stairs Continuously strive to create ideas and/or adhere to new processes for improving product quality and patient experience Work with minimal supervision in a diverse lab environment. Collaborate with other team members

Ability to handle physical workloads Ability to work independently Able to stand for long periods of time Good hand skills/dexterity Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to read and follow both written and verbal instructions Must have your own reliable transportation.
