RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions to guide assembly tasks
  • Inspect incoming materials using proper tools and equipment, and report any discrepancies for replacement or return
  • Assemble mechanical components and piping, maintaining accuracy and quality standards throughout the process
  • Perform quality checks on finished products and ensure all assemblies meet required specifications
  • Maintain and inventory tools and components required for daily assembly operations
  • Follow safety procedures and keep work areas organized and compliant with company standards
  • Communicate effectively with purchasing, vendors, and team members across departments
  • Support quality objectives and assist in process improvements as needed
  • Cross-train in different tasks and adapt to various roles within the production environment
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong mechanical skills; electrical aptitude is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
  • Experience with mechanical assembly and piping installation
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs with excellent visual acuity
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and within a team
  • Effective communicator who can interact with colleagues, vendors, and customers
  • Adherence to safety and company policies; willing to wear necessary PPE
  • Adaptable and flexible under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Principals only.
